The company currently produces 10000 tons per year of different sizes of stainless steel welded pipes, whose main materials include 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 310S,S31803-2205,409L and so on with complete specifications.
We mainly produce austenitic stainless steel pipes in 300 series from 12.7*0.8---2500*35mm as well as non-standard specifications to customers needs.
Our product control adopts ISO9001 International Quality Management ,are widely used in industries of petroleum, chemical, medical equipment, smelting, aviation, papermaking, foodstuff, shipbuilding, environmental protection, high pressure boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, condensers, water conservancy and electric power etc.
The companys plasma welding production line imported from Germany. The companys production equipment covers a complete range and the processes the company employs are advanced. A complete range of testing and inspecting devices, include Ultrasonic inspection, hydraulic testing devices, X-ray fault detectors, eddy defect detectors, spectrum analyzers, chemical analyzers, mechanical aptitude testers, etc., are equipped in the company to insure product quality. Our products are manufactured to the standards of ASTM A312, ASTM A358, ASTM A249, ASTM A269, ASTM A778, ASTM A409, GB12771-2000, etc.
By now, we have exported to Australia, Britain, North America, Middle East and Southeast Asia etc.
